IBAFCAN
IBAFCAN aims to serve as an advisory and energizing body for business relations between Spain, the Canary Islands, and Africa, with the active participation of the CEOE and support from the Government of the Canary Islands.
Its Secretary General is Agustín Manrique de Lara.
Objectives and Sponsors
- Our goal is to create a bidirectional and participative ecosystem for generating joint opportunities.
- This initiative is driven by the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) and supported by the Government of the Canary Islands through the Directorate General of Relations with Africa and the Presidency.
The Technical General Secretariat is located in the Canary Islands.

o foster and strengthen business and economic relations between African business associations and CEOE, highlighting the strategic role of the Canary Islands as a platform to boost commercial collaboration and the establishment of new business alliances.

To become the leading organization promoting and facilitating connections and partnerships between Spanish and African companies, contributing to the sustainable growth of both regions and consolidating the Canary Islands as a key point for the development of these relations.
